Was erwartet dich?
- Du übernimmst die Verantwortung für den Einkauf unserer Eigenmarken sowie für den Fremdmarkeneinkauf unserer Luxusschuhplattform
- Du kommunizierst und stimmst dich mit Lieferant:innen zu Bestellungen, Mengen, Lieferterminen und Verfügbarkeiten ab
- Du steuerst Erstbestellungen, Nachkäufe und Repeats auf Basis von Produktperformance und Bestandsentwicklung
- Du planst und optimierst die Warenbestückung unserer Stores in Berlin, Frankfurt und Bietigheim-Bissingen und steuerst Inventuren sowie die Lagerorganisation
- Du pflegst Produkt- und Stammdaten, erstellst Kollektionsübersichten und Produktperformance-Reports und analysierst saisonale Performance und Abverkaufsquoten
- Du leitest Entscheidungen zu Einkaufsmengen, NOS-/Durchläuferartikeln, Carry Overs, Repeats und Auslaufmodellen ab und begleitest operativ Verkaufstermine

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in den Bereichen Operations, Einkauf, Merchandise Management, Produktmanagement oder vergleichbaren Funktionen
- Du verfügst über ein ausgeprägtes Verständnis für Warenwirtschaft, Bestandsmanagement und die Analyse von Produktperformance
- Du arbeitest strukturiert, analytisch und eigenständig und hast Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit unterschiedlichen Fachbereichen
- Du besitzt gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
