Diese Aufgaben erwarten dich
- Du trägst die Gesamtverantwortung für einen reibungslosen Filialalltag und stellst sicher, dass Verkaufsfläche und Kundenservice unseren Standards entsprechen
- Du arbeitest eng und vertrauensvoll mit der Geschäftsführung und dem Management zusammen
- Du führst das Personal, planst die Arbeits- und Abwesenheitszeiten, erstellst Dienstpläne und arbeitest neue Mitarbeitende ein
- Du führst Mitarbeiter:innen-Gespräche und förderst die kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung deines Teams
- Du berätst unsere Kund:innen kompetent und verkaufst unsere eigenen Kollektionen sowie Zukaufswaren
- Du sorgst für eine ansprechende Warenpräsentation entsprechend unserer Visual-Merchandising-Vorgaben
- Du übernimmst Kassentätigkeiten einschließlich Tages- und Monatsabschluss sowie die Einzahlung der Bargeldeinnahmen
- Du überwachst den Laden- und Lagerbestand, bestellst Waren, nimmst sie an und organisierst sowie führst Inventuren durch
- Du setzt Marketing- und Sale-Kampagnen um
- Du organisierst das Geschäftsgeschehen und löst Probleme für Kund:innen und Mitarbeiter:innen
- Du trägst Mitverantwortung für die Erreichung unserer Umsatzziele

Das bringst du mit
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Einzelhandel
- Du hast idealerweise Erfahrung im Bereich Fashion und Home sowie Berufs- und Führungserfahrung
- Du verfügst über ausgeprägtes Verhandlungsgeschick und Durchsetzungsvermögen
- Du hast sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
- Du bist freundlich, zuverlässig und kommunizierst offen und transparent im Team sowie mit der Geschäftsführung und dem Management

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
