Was erwartet dich?
- Du bist als unser Spezialist im Außendienst für unsere Kunden in Nordrhein-Westfalen unterwegs und übernimmst die Inbetriebnahme, Wartung sowie Reparatur der Kühlgeräte.
- Dabei analysierst du eigenständig Störungen und führst anspruchsvolle Reparaturen durch – vom Austausch von Platinen bis zur Instandsetzung von Kaskadenkühlungen.
- Als kompetenter Ansprechpartner berätst du unsere Kunden, beantwortest technische Fragen und sorgst mit deinem Einsatz für eine maximale Anlagenverfügbarkeit.
- In enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Innendienst planst du deine Einsätze und dokumentierst deine Serviceberichte sowie Prüfprotokolle sorgfältig mit unseren digitalen Systemen.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung in der Kältetechnik oder eine andere technische Ausbildung
- Du besitzt handwerkliches Geschick und arbeitest selbstständig sowie zielorientiert
- Du hast keine Scheu, auch in Reinräumen und Laboren zu arbeiten
- Du trittst freundlich und souverän im Umgang mit Kund:innen auf
- Du bist mit der EDV vertraut und besitzt einen Führerschein der Klasse B sowie eine hohe Reisebereitschaft
- Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und Englischkenntnisse sind dir nicht fremd, aber kein Muss

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
