Was erwartet dich?
- Du bist die zentrale Ansprechperson für unsere Bestandskund:innen in deinem Vertriebsgebiet, berätst sie proaktiv zu unseren Produkten und baust so langfristige Partnerschaften auf.
- Du entwickelst eigenständig eine Vertriebsstrategie für dein Gebiet, identifizierst neue Marktpotenziale und gewinnst gezielt Neukund:innen, um unsere gemeinsamen Umsatzziele zu erreichen.
- Du präsentierst unsere Produktlösungen überzeugend bei Kundenterminen, auf Messen oder im Rahmen von Schulungen und weckst so Begeisterung für unser Portfolio.
- Du erstellst passgenaue Angebote mit MS Office, verhandelst Verträge bis zum Abschluss und nimmst an relevanten Ausschreibungen teil.
- Du dokumentierst deine Vertriebsaktivitäten sorgfältig in unserem CRM-System und arbeitest für eine reibungslose Abwicklung eng mit dem Vertriebsinnendienst zusammen.

- Du hast eine kaufmännische Ausbildung und bereits Berufserfahrung im Vertriebsaußendienst gesammelt.
- Deine Stärke liegt in der Beratung und im Aufbau langfristiger Kundenbeziehungen, was sich in deinem kommunikativen und überzeugenden Auftreten zeigt.
- Du arbeitest eigenständig, denkst unternehmerisch und verfolgst deine Ziele mit einer echten Hands-on-Mentalität.
- Im Umgang mit gängigen CRM-Systemen und MS Office bist du sicher.
- Du kommunizierst verhandlungssicher auf Deutsch und bringst gute Englischkenntnisse mit.
- Du bist gerne unterwegs, um deine Kund:innen vor Ort zu betreuen.

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
