Was erwartet dich?
- Du gestaltest aktiv unsere Wahrnehmung und entwickelst unsere visuelle Markenidentität weiter. Dabei übersetzt du unsere Unternehmensstrategie in eine moderne, zielgruppengerechte Designsprache und sorgst für einen konsistenten Markenauftritt
- Du konzipierst und erstellst Marketing- und Vertriebsunterlagen wie Präsentationen, One-Pager, Flyer, Messestände und digitale Medien und entwickelst unsere Designstandards kontinuierlich weiter
- Du entwickelst überzeugende Unternehmens- und Vertriebspräsentationen und sorgst für einen professionellen Auftritt nach innen und außen. Ergänzend unterstützt du den Vertrieb bei ausgewählten administrativen und organisatorischen Aufgaben, beispielsweise bei der Erstellung und Pflege von Unterlagen, der Datenpflege sowie der Vor- und Nachbereitung vertrieblicher Aktivitäten
- Du entwickelst kreative Kampagnen und Content-Formate für Social Media und LinkedIn und stärkst unsere Positionierung als innovativer IT- und Digitalisierungspartner
- Du bringst deine Ideen in strategische Marketing- und Kommunikationsprojekte ein und arbeitest eng mit Vertrieb, HR und den Fachbereichen zusammen
- Du nutzt moderne KI-gestützte Technologien zur Erstellung von Präsentationen, Designmaterialien und Marketing-Content und treibst innovative Marketingprozesse voran

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Marketing, Kommunikationsdesign, Mediengestaltung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation sowie relevante Berufserfahrung im Marketing-, Grafik- oder Kommunikationsdesign
- Du bist sicher im Umgang mit der Adobe Creative Cloud, insbesondere InDesign, Photoshop und Illustrator
- Du hast ein ausgeprägtes Gespür für Markenauftritte, Typografie, Bildsprache und visuelle Kommunikation
- Du arbeitest kreativ, strukturiert und eigenverantwortlich und kannst Anforderungen in wirkungsvolle Design- und Kommunikationskonzepte übersetzen
- Du hast idealerweise Erfahrung im IT-Umfeld und ein Verständnis für erklärungsbedürftige Dienstleistungen sowie Erfahrung im Prompting und im Einsatz von KI-gestützten Tools wie Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Canva, Adobe Firefly oder vergleichbaren Lösungen
- Du bist bereit, unser Vertriebsteam bei organisatorischen und administrativen Aufgaben zu unterstützen und verfügst über sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Englischkenntnisse

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
