- Sie entwickeln, automatisieren und standardisieren Fertigungsprozesse im Bereich LWL-Konfektionierung weiter
- Sie identifizieren und setzen Automatisierungs- und Optimierungspotenziale um, um Produktivität, Qualität und Prozessstabilität zu steigern
- Sie konzipieren und implementieren Automatisierungs-, Robotik- und Prüflösungen für bestehende und neue Fertigungsprozesse
- Sie steuern Investitions- und Automatisierungsprojekte von der Konzeptphase bis zur Serienimplementierung

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben eine abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung mit Weiterbildung zum Techniker (m/w/d) oder ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Automatisierungstechnik, Mechatronik, Elektrotechnik, Maschinenbau, Produktionstechnik oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung
- Sie verfügen über Erfahrung in der industriellen Automatisierung und Optimierung von Fertigungsprozessen, idealerweise im Serienproduktionsumfeld
- Sie haben fundierte Erfahrung in der Umsetzung technischer Projekte sowie im Umgang mit Automatisierungs-, Robotik-, Mess-, Prüf- oder Bildverarbeitungssystemen
- Sie besitzen Verständnis für moderne Produktionssysteme, digitale Fertigungsansätze, Schnittstellen zwischen IT und OT sowie datenbasierte Prozessverbesserung
- Sie haben idealerweise Erfahrung in der LWL- bzw. Glasfaserkonfektionierung
- Sie zeichnen sich durch eine ausgeprägte analytische und strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie hohe Eigeninitiative aus
