- Sie planen, vergeben, kontrollieren und nehmen Leistungen im technischen Gebäudemanagement ab
- Sie betreuen Projekte von der Sanierung bis zur Modernisierung von Bestandswohnungen
- Sie behalten Budgets im Überblick, geben Rechnungen frei und prüfen Gewährleistungsansprüche
- Sie begehen Bestandswohnungen vor Ort und führen Außentermine durch

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben eine abgeschlossene handwerkliche/technische Ausbildung, eine abgeschlossene Techniker-/Meisterausbildung oder ein bautechnisches Studium absolviert
- Sie haben 4 Jahre Erfahrungen im technischen Gebäudemanagement und Fachkenntnisse in Gebäudeausstattung, Sanierung sowie Modernisierung von Bestandsimmobilien
- Sie behalten durch deine strukturierte Arbeitsweise stets den Überblick über verschiedene Projekte und koordinierst deren fristgerechte Fertigstellung
- Sie zeichnen sich durch ausgeprägtes Organisationstalent, Teamfähigkeit und Flexibilität aus
- Sie besitzen einen Führerschein der Klasse B

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
