- Du koordinierst und organisierst das Gewerk Sanitär und Heizung im technischen Gebäudemanagement der Autostadt
- Du stellst den sicheren, störungsfreien und wirtschaftlichen Betrieb der sanitär- und heizungstechnischen Anlagen sicher
- Du koordinierst fachlich die eingesetzten Mitarbeitenden und steuerst sowie überwachst Nachunternehmer
- Du planst, koordinierst und überwachst Wartungs-, Prüfungs- und Instandhaltungsmaßnahmen
- Du überwachst die Einhaltung von gesetzlichen Vorgaben, technischen Regeln und Betreiberpflichten und begleitest Störungsbeseitigungen und Reparaturmaßnahmen
- Du dokumentierst und bearbeitest die Maßnahmen im CAFM-System und bist Ansprechperson für Kund:innen, Auftraggeber und interne Schnittstellen bei technischen Fragestellungen

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene Meisterausbildung im Bereich Sanitär-, Heizungs- und Klimatechnik (SHK), z. B. als Installateur- und Heizungsbauermeister (m/w/d) – zwingend erforderlich
- Idealerweise bringst du Erfahrung in der Kältetechnik sowie einen Kälteschein mit
- Du hast Erfahrung in der Koordination von Mitarbeitenden und technischen Dienstleistern
- Du verfügst über fundierte Kenntnisse in der Wartung, Instandhaltung und Störungsbeseitigung von sanitär- und heizungstechnischen Anlagen
- Du kennst die relevanten technischen Regelwerke, Normen und gesetzlichen Vorschriften gut
- Du trittst sicher auf und hast ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Organisationsfähigkeiten sowie eine selbstständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
