Was erwartet dich?
- Du übernimmst die operative und personelle Leitung unserer Blechfertigung und bist für die Führung, Motivation und Weiterentwicklung deines Teams verantwortlich.
- Du planst und steuerst den Einsatz von Personal sowie Maschinen und optimierst kontinuierlich die Produktionsabläufe, um einen reibungslosen Fertigungsprozess sicherzustellen.
- Anhand von Kennzahlen überwachst du die Qualität, Termintreue sowie Wirtschaftlichkeit der Produktion und leitest daraus gezielte Verbesserungsmaßnahmen ab.
- Du stellst die konsequente Einhaltung aller relevanten Arbeitsschutz- und Qualitätsvorgaben sicher und verantwortest die Koordination von Wartungsmaßnahmen.
- In enger Zusammenarbeit mit der Geschäftsführung, dem Einkauf und Vertrieb wirkst du aktiv bei Investitionsentscheidungen mit und treibst die strategische Weiterentwicklung des Maschinenparks voran.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Deine Basis ist eine technische Ausbildung, z. B. im Metallbau, mit mehrjähriger Berufserfahrung in der Blechbearbeitung – idealerweise ergänzt durch eine Weiterbildung zum Meister oder Techniker.
- Du hast bereits erste Führungserfahrung gesammelt und überzeugst mit einem wertschätzenden, aber auch durchsetzungsstarken Führungsstil.
- In der Welt der Blechfertigung kennst du dich aus und bringst gute Kenntnisse in Verfahren wie Laserschneiden, Kanten oder Schweißen mit.
- Du denkst unternehmerisch, planst vorausschauend und behältst dabei Qualität, Kosten und Termine fest im Blick.
- Der Umgang mit gängigen ERP-Systemen ist für dich selbstverständlich und du kommunizierst verhandlungssicher auf Deutsch.

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
