Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie verantworten den stabilen und sicheren Betrieb der IT-Infrastrukturen unserer Unternehmenskunden, von der Server-Administration bis zur Netzwerk-Konfiguration.
- Sie administrieren und optimieren aktiv die Microsoft-Umgebungen unserer Kunden, insbesondere Windows Server und die Microsoft 365-Plattform.
- Sie konzipieren und betreuen die IT-Sicherheitslösungen, primär auf Basis von WatchGuard-Firewalls, und schützen so die Netzwerke unserer Kunden proaktiv vor Bedrohungen.
- Sie planen und realisieren die nahtlose Einbindung moderner Cloud-Telefonie-Lösungen in die bestehenden Systemlandschaften.
- Als zentrale technische Ansprechperson beraten Sie unsere Kunden bei Supportanfragen und entwickeln deren IT-Infrastruktur lösungsorientiert weiter.

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie bringen 5 bis 10 Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung im IT-Umfeld mit, idealerweise gesammelt in einem IT-Systemhaus.
- In der Administration von Netzwerkinfrastrukturen, Servern und Microsoft Windows-Umgebungen macht Ihnen so schnell keiner etwas vor.
- Sie sind versiert im Umgang mit Microsoft 365, WatchGuard-Lösungen und Cloud-Telefonie-Systemen.
- Ihre Arbeitsweise ist selbstständig und lösungsorientiert, wobei Sie im direkten Kundenkontakt stets freundlich und serviceorientiert auftreten.
- Für die reibungslose Kommunikation mit Kunden und im Team verfügen Sie über fließende Deutschkenntnisse (C1-Niveau).

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
