- Du übernimmst die professionelle Grund- und Behandlungspflege und bist eine zentrale Bezugsperson für unsere Bewohner:innen im Alltag.
- Du planst und dokumentierst die Pflegemaßnahmen sorgfältig, um unsere hohen Qualitätsstandards zu sichern und individuelle Fortschritte festzuhalten.
- Mit Empathie und Kreativität gestaltest du den Tagesablauf mit und schaffst eine Atmosphäre, in der sich alle wohlfühlen.
- Du überwachst den Gesundheitszustand der Bewohner:innen, erkennst Veränderungen frühzeitig und leitest in Abstimmung mit Ärzt:innen die nötigen Schritte ein.
- Als vertrauensvolle:r Ansprechpartner:in arbeitest du eng mit Angehörigen zusammen und tauschst dich regelmäßig im Pflegeteam aus.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung in einem Pflegeberuf, z. B. als Pflegefachkraft (m/w/d), Altenpfleger:in oder Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger:in
- Du hast Freude an der Arbeit mit älteren und pflegebedürftigen Menschen
- Du bringst Einfühlungsvermögen und Verantwortungsbewusstsein mit
- Du arbeitest zuverlässig und selbstständig
- Du bist teamfähig und hast Freude an kollegialer Zusammenarbeit

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
