Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie verantworten die strategische und operative Leitung unseres Standortes in Düsseldorf mit voller Budget- und Ergebnisverantwortung im Bereich der TGA-Planung.
- Sie führen und fördern Ihr Team aus Fachexpert:innen und Projektingenieur:innen und schaffen ein Umfeld für fachliche und persönliche Weiterentwicklung.
- Sie steuern aktiv die Auslastung und die Ressourcenplanung für anspruchsvolle TGA-Projekte und sichern dabei höchste Qualitätsstandards, Termintreue und Wirtschaftlichkeit.
- Sie agieren als zentrale:r Ansprechpartner:in für unsere Schlüsselkunden, pflegen bestehende Partnerschaften und bauen unser Netzwerk in der Region strategisch aus.
- Sie überwachen alle standortbezogenen Kennzahlen, erstellen aussagekräftige Reportings für die Geschäftsführung und leiten daraus gezielte Maßnahmen zur Prozessoptimierung ab.

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben ein abgeschlossenes Studium der Versorgungstechnik oder ein vergleichbares Studium
- Sie verfügen über 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in einer leitenden Funktion, idealerweise im Bereich Bauwesen oder Projektingenieurwesen
- Sie besitzen starke Fähigkeiten im Projektmanagement und in der Teamleitung
- Sie haben fundierte betriebswirtschaftliche Kenntnisse
- Sie verfügen über exzellente Kommunikations- und Verhandlungsfähigkeiten und Erfahrung im Umgang mit branchenspezifischen Softwaretools und IT-Lösungen
- Sie beherrschen Deutsch (C1) und Englisch fließend in Wort und Schrift
