Was erwartet dich?
- Du führst typische Lackvorbereitungen wie spachteln, schleifen, entfetten und abkleben aus
- Du bringst Korrosionsschutz sowie Grund- und Füllmaterialien auf
- Du wendest Farbbezeichnungen und Farbordnungssysteme an, mischst Farben nach Hersteller- oder Kundenspezifikationen und erstellst Farbmustern
- Du lackierst Serienteile und Objekte für den POS-Bereich unter Anwendung unterschiedlicher Beschichtungstechniken
- Du beseitigst Lackfehler und Schäden, polierst Oberflächen und führst Qualitätsbeurteilungen durch
- Du organisierst und stellst Materialien für die Fertigung und Wartung bereit und kommunizierst aktiv mit dem Projektmanagement

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Industrielackierer:in, Fahrzeuglackierer:in, Verfahrensmechaniker:in für Beschichtungstechnik oder Spritzlackierer:in und Berufserfahrung in diesem Bereich
- Du hast einschlägige Erfahrung und bist sicher im Umgang mit Spritzgeräten sowie Lackierpistolen
- Du besitzt fundierte Kenntnisse in unterschiedlichen Beschichtungstechniken sowie in der Verarbeitung von Lacken, Lasuren und Ölen unterschiedlicher Basis
- Du hast gute Kenntnisse in der Lackierung unterschiedlicher Materialien
- Du arbeitest flexibel und selbstständig sowie strukturiert und lösungsorientiert
- Du bist teamfähig, zuverlässig und verfügst über gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
