Was erwartet Sie?
- Entwicklung und Umsetzung nachhaltiger Einkaufs-, Lieferanten- und Warengruppenstrategien unter Berücksichtigung von Kosten, Qualität, Versorgungssicherheit und Risiken
- Auswahl, Qualifizierung und Weiterentwicklung strategischer Lieferanten sowie Durchführung von Lieferantenbewertungen und Entwicklungsmaßnahmen
- Verhandlung und Abschluss von Rahmenverträgen, Qualitätsvereinbarungen und weiteren Einkaufsverträgen zur Erreichung definierter Einspar- und Leistungsziele
- Analyse internationaler Beschaffungsmärkte, Durchführung von Markt- und Preisbenchmarks sowie Identifikation von Chancen und Risiken
- Durchführung von Make-or-Buy-Analysen sowie Mitarbeit in Investitions-, Entwicklungs- und Optimierungsprojekten
- Optimierung von Einkaufsprozessen, Analyse relevanter Kennzahlen und fachliche Koordination von Warengruppen- und Projektteams

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder technische Ausbildung sowie technische Erfahrung im produzierenden Industrieumfeld; betriebswirtschaftliches oder technisches Studium von Vorteil
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im strategischen Einkauf eines produzierenden Industrieunternehmens
- Technisches Verständnis für Fertigungsprozesse, technische Zeichnungen und Spezifikationen
- Ausgeprägte Verhandlungs- und Kommunikationsstärke sowie Erfahrung im Vertrags- und Lieferantenmanagement
- Analytisches und strategisches Denkvermögen sowie strukturierte und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS 365, insbesondere Excel und PowerPoint, sowie gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
- Reisebereitschaft (10-20%)

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
