Was sind deine Aufgaben?
- Du agierst als zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen Produktvision und technischer Umsetzung und übersetzt Kundenbedürfnisse in agentische Systemdesigns.
- Du leitest unseren Übergang zu einem automatisierten „Spec -> Code“-Entwicklungszyklus unter Einsatz fortschrittlicher KI-Coding-Agenten.
- Du verantwortest den gesamten Lebenszyklus der Feature-Entwicklung und fokussierst dich auf das „Warum“ und „Was“ ebenso wie auf das „Wie“.
- Du konzipierst und betreust Backend-Systeme, die es LLMs ermöglichen, komplexe Aufgaben zur Datenqualität und -optimierung autonom durchzuführen.

Was bringst du mit?
- Du verfügst über mehr als 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Software-Umfeld, idealerweise mit Berührungspunkten zu Technical Sales, Engineering, UX/UI oder Vorerfahrung im Bereich Data/Enterprise-Software (z. B. SAP, Salesforce, BMW Data Products).
- Du hast Erfahrung mit technischen Spezifikationen und beherrschst diese sicher – auch wenn KI-Agenten den eigentlichen Code schreiben.
- Du besitzt nachweisbare Erfahrung in der Nutzung und Weiterentwicklung agentischer Workflows (z. B. LangChain, AutoGPT oder eigener Agenten-Frameworks) im beruflichen oder intensiven privaten Rahmen.
- Du bringst fundierte Erfahrung mit Datenbanken/Data-Warehouses oder zentralen Datensystemen mit und bewegst dich sicher in modernen Data-Stacks.
- Du hast nachweislich folgenschwere Produktentscheidungen getroffen, die kurzfristige Produktanforderungen mit langfristiger Skalierbarkeit erfolgreich in Einklang bringen.
- Du verfügst über sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie eine gültige EU-Arbeitserlaubnis.

Yes, this is possible. In your application overview you can view your information and make changes. If you have already been invited to an interview, editing is no longer possible. However, you can still add general information and upload additional documents in your profile.

In your application overview you have an overview of the application progress at any time. Additionally, we send you emails about the most important status changes.
Can I send several applications at once?
The number of your applications is not limited. An overview of your applications can be found in your application overview.
Can other companies see where else I have applied?
Can I also contact the company's contact person directly?
Personal contact is possible via chat as soon as you have been invited for an interview. Before that, you will receive all important status changes by e-mail. If you have any questions, you can contact us anytime via email.
I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.

Please take into account the job’s language requirements and make sure the requirements match your skills.
