Was erwartet dich?
- Du empfängst und betreust unsere Patient:innen in unserem radiologischen Diagnostikzentrum
- Du kommunizierst mit dem Arzt zur bevorstehenden Untersuchung und führst administrative Tätigkeiten im RIS/PACS-System aus
- Du dokumentierst Untersuchungen, sicherst die Qualität und lagerst Patient:innen entsprechend der Untersuchung
- Du unterstützt ggf. remote MT-R via Chat und Telefon und überwachst die Patient:innen, um einen reibungslosen Untersuchungsablauf sicherzustellen
- Du gibst Kontrastmittel, legst Zugänge und führst radiologische Untersuchungen von Kopf bis Fuß am MRT durch, inklusive Spezialuntersuchungen (Kardio-MRT)
- Du leitest das Team fachlich an, arbeitest mit dem Center Management zusammen und stellst Qualitätsmanagement-Standards sowie interne Prozessvorgaben sicher
- Du gestaltest den Dienstplan für das Examination Team und unterstützt gelegentlich am Standort Berlin-Mitte (nahe Friedrichstraße)

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast die Ausbildung zum Medizinischen Technologen für Radiologie / MT-R bzw. MTRA (m/w/d) erfolgreich abgeschlossen oder die Anerkennung als MT-R auf Basis eines anderweitigen Abschlusses
- Du verfügst über fundierte praktische Berufserfahrung im Umgang mit dem MRT (mindestens 5 Jahre)
- Du hast idealerweise bereits erste Erfahrungen als Teamleitung sowie in der Gesprächsführung mit Mitarbeitenden gesammelt
- Du bringst fundierte Kenntnisse und Erfahrung in der Durchführung von Kardio-MRT-Untersuchungen mit
- Du besitzt sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse auf C1-Niveau und zeichnest dich durch Empathie und absolute Serviceorientierung im Umgang mit Patient:innen und Kund:innen aus
- Du verfügst über ein überdurchschnittliches Qualitäts- und Verantwortungsbewusstsein und hast IT-Affinität sowie Handlungssicherheit in der Arbeit am PC

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
