Was erwartet dich?
- Du unterstützt das Team im operativen Tagesgeschäft, je nach Qualifikation am Front Desk und/oder in der Untersuchungsvorbereitung
- Du stellst einen reibungslosen Praxisbetrieb sicher
- Du unterstützt die Leitung bei organisatorischen und administrativen Aufgaben, wie Dienstplanung und Auslastungsoptimierung
- Du bist Ansprechpartner:in für Mitarbeitende im Tagesgeschäft und perspektivisch auch für Kund:innen
- Du übernimmst die Einarbeitung neuer Mitarbeitender und die Weiterentwicklung des Teams
- Du übernimmst schrittweise Führungsverantwortung in enger Zusammenarbeit mit der Leitung, inklusive Budget- und Personalplanung sowie Umsetzung der Unternehmensziele

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Gesundheitswesen, z. B. als Medizinische:r Fachangestellte:r (MFA) oder Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger:in
- Du bist ein Organisationstalent und arbeitest strukturiert und eigenverantwortlich
- Du verfügst über ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit sowie Empathie
- Du trittst freundlich und sicher im Umgang mit Patient:innen sowie Mitarbeitenden auf
- Du hast Interesse an Führungsaufgaben und der Weiterentwicklung organisatorischer Prozesse
- Du bist IT-affin und sicher im Umgang mit den gängigen MS-Office-Anwendungen und verfügst über sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
