Was erwartet dich?
- Du empfängst und betreust unsere Patient:innen in unserem radiologischen Diagnostikzentrum
- Du nimmst die Daten auf und bereitest die Patient:innen auf die Untersuchung vor
- Du managst Termine für Kund:innen und Patient:innen
- Du kommunizierst mit dem Arzt zur bevorstehenden Untersuchung
- Du führst administrative Tätigkeiten im RIS/PACS-System durch und dokumentierst Untersuchungen zur Qualitätssicherung
- Du lagerst je nach Qualifikation Patient:innen entsprechend der Untersuchung und unterstützt remote MT-R via Chat und Telefon

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Gesundheitswesen, beispielsweise als MFA / Arzthelfer:in, ZFA, Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger:in, Pflegehelfer:in, mit einer ähnlichen Ausbildung bist du auch als Quereinsteiger:innen herzlich wilkommen
- Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse auf C1 Niveau
- Du zeigst Empathie und absolute Serviceorientierung im Umgang mit Patient:innen und Kund:innen
- Du hast ein hohes Qualitäts- und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
- Du besitzt eine grundlegende IT-Affinität und Handlungssicherheit in der Arbeit am PC
- Du hast Interesse an persönlicher und fachlicher Weiterentwicklung durch Übernahme von weiteren Verantwortungsbereichen wie z.B. Hygiene- und Notfallmanagement

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
