Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie leiten die Beleuchtungsabteilung und führen derzeit 12 Mitarbeitende
- Sie erstellen künstlerische Lichtkonzepte in enger Abstimmung mit den Produktionsteams
- Sie planen, realisieren und kalkulieren produktionsspezifische Beleuchtungselemente
- Sie arbeiten eng mit den anderen technischen und künstlerischen Abteilungen des Hauses zusammen
- Sie sind verantwortlich für die Personalplanung und -disposition sowie die Organisation der täglichen Arbeitsabläufe
- Sie stellen den reibungslosen Ablauf des Proben- und Vorstellungsbetriebs sicher und planen sowie führen Gastspiele durch

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie verfügen über einen Abschluss als Meister:in für Veranstaltungstechnik (Beleuchtung) oder als Meister:in zur Veranstaltungstechnik
- Sie bringen idealerweise Berufserfahrung aus dem Theaterbetrieb sowie nachweisbare Führungskompetenz mit
- Mit Ihrem Gespür für künstlerische Prozesse und Ihrer lösungsorientierten Arbeitsweise setzen Sie kreative Konzepte technisch exzellent um
- Sie sind versiert im Umgang mit MS Office, CAD-Software und Netzwerktechnik sowie mit modernen Lichtsteuerpulten (idealerweise ETC)
- Fundierte Kenntnisse der relevanten Sicherheitsvorschriften im Veranstaltungsbereich sind für Sie eine Selbstverständlichkeit
- Sie kommunizieren sicher auf Deutsch und Englisch, um die reibungslose Abstimmung mit allen Beteiligten zu gewährleisten

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
