- Du begleitest Kampagnen und Projekte von der ersten Idee bis zum finalen Asset
- Du machst aus Strategien und Briefings starke kreative Ansätze
- Du entwickelst überzeugende Konzepte, Content-Ideen, Scripts, Headlines und Copies (long, short, very very short) für alle unsere Brands, Formate und Kanäle – ob Print, Mailings, Digital, Social Media, TV etc
- Du kennst dein Handwerk, arbeitest dich tief in Themen ein und verstehst unsere Kund:innen (und ihre Kund:innen)
- Du präsentierst deine Ideen den Kund:innen und begeisterst sie dafür
- Du arbeitest eng mit unseren Strateg:innen, Kreativen und Projektmanager:innen und übernimmst Verantwortung für deine Arbeit

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Text/Konzeption, idealerweise in einer Kreativagentur
- Du besitzt fundierte Kenntnisse in moderner Markenkommunikation, Storytelling, Social Media/Plattform-Wissen und kanalspezifischen Umsetzungen
- Du bringst Kreativität, außergewöhnliche Textskills, konzeptionelles Denken und ein hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein mit
- Du hast ein ausgeprägtes Gespür für Sprache, Tonalität und aktuelle Trends
- Du bist teamfähig, kommunikationsstark und präsentationssicher
- Du verfügst über sehr gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit den relevanten KI-Tools und sprichst Deutsch auf muttersprachlichem Niveau sowie Englisch

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
