- Sie übernehmen die eigenverantwortliche Bauüberwachung von Straßen-, Tiefbau- und Infrastrukturmaßnahmen (LP 8)
- Sie koordinieren die Baustellen sowie die Termin-, Kosten- und Qualitätskontrolle
- Sie prüfen Aufmaße, Nachträge und Rechnungen
- Sie stimmen sich mit Auftraggeber:innen, Behörden und ausführenden Unternehmen ab

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie bringen ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bauingenieurwesen oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation mit.
- Idealerweise haben Sie bereits Berufserfahrung in den Leistungsphasen 6-8 der HOAI gesammelt – Berufseinsteiger:innen sind aber ebenso willkommen.
- Sie sind sicher im Umgang mit der VOB sowie den gängigen technischen Regelwerken.
- Eine selbstständige, verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise und ein Führerschein der Klasse B sind für Sie selbstverständlich.
- Sie kommunizieren verhandlungssicher auf Deutsch (C1-Niveau), um sich mit allen Projektbeteiligten klar abzustimmen.

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
