Durchführung von gemeinsamen Projekten an Wochenenden und in den Ferien.
Was erwartet dich?
- Du übernimmst die psychologische Diagnostik und Einzelfallhilfe für traumatisierte und verhaltensauffällige Kinder und Jugendliche, um sie auf ihrem Weg zu begleiten und zu stärken.
- Du konzipierst und leitest eigenverantwortlich kreative Freizeitgruppen sowie erlebnispädagogische Projekte an Wochenenden und in den Ferien (z.B. Ferienspiele, Ausflüge).
- In enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem interdisziplinären Team entwickelst du individuelle Förderpläne und wirkst aktiv an der Weiterentwicklung des pädagogischen Gesamtkonzeptes mit.
- Du dokumentierst die Entwicklungsverläufe sorgfältig und stehst als kompetente Ansprechperson für die Sorgeberechtigten und externe Partner zur Verfügung.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium der Psychologie (Master oder Diplom).
- Du bringst idealerweise erste Berufserfahrung in der Arbeit mit traumatisierten oder verhaltensauffälligen Kindern und Jugendlichen mit.
- Eine hohe Belastbarkeit, Empathie und eine engagierte, kreative Arbeitsweise zeichnen dich aus.
- Du besitzt einen Führerschein der Klasse B und bringst die Bereitschaft für Schicht-, Wochenend- und Nachtdienste mit.
- Du sprichst fließend Deutsch (mindestens C1-Niveau), um eine professionelle Betreuung sicherzustellen.

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
