Dein Einsatz bei Kunden wird immer wochenweise geplant. Hierbei werden nicht nur die Verfügbarkeiten der Kunden, sondern vor allem auch deine privaten Termine berücksichtigt. Du bist zu 95% von Montag bis Freitag unterwegs, ggf. fallen auch mal Wochenendreisen an.
Was erwartet dich?
- Du bist verantwortlich für den Neubau und die Inbetriebnahme von Handhabungs-Manipulatoren
- Du führst Einweisungen und Schulungen von Bediener:innen und Instandhalter:innen bei unseren Kund:innen durch
- Du übernimmst die Fehlerdiagnose, Kontroll- und Prüftätigkeiten sowie Wartung und Reparaturen an unseren Anlagen
- Du führst Umbauarbeiten und Nachrüstungen von komplexen Baugruppen (mechanisch/pneumatisch) durch
- Du arbeitest nach technischen Zeichnungen und erstellst technische Skizzen
- Du arbeitest eng mit unserer Projektabteilung zusammen und koordinierst Baustellen sowie das Ersatzteilmanagement für das Kundendienstfahrzeug

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Industriemechaniker (m/w/d) oder eine andere vergleichbare technische Qualifikation
- Du bringst Berufserfahrung „auf Montage“ in den Bereichen Maschinenbau/Sondermaschinenbau mit
- Du verfügst über fundierte Kenntnisse in der pneumatischen Steuerungstechnik
- Du zeigst ein hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative, Zuverlässigkeit, Flexibilität und Teamgeist und arbeitest strukturiert und selbstständig
- Du bist belastbar, trittst sicher bei Kund:innen auf und bist kontaktfreudig
- Du hast ein sehr hohes Maß an Reisebereitschaft, hauptsächlich in Deutschland und Österreich, und bist sicher im Umgang mit MS-Office Programmen sowie im beruflichen Umgang mit Tablet und Smartphone
