Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie leiten eigenverantwortlich unsere Bauprojekte und tragen die Verantwortung für die Einhaltung von Kosten, Terminen und höchsten Qualitätsstandards.
- Als zentrale Ansprechperson auf der Baustelle führen Sie Ihr Team und koordinieren souverän die Zusammenarbeit mit allen Nachunternehmer:innen und Lieferant:innen.
- Sie gewährleisten einen reibungslosen Bauablauf, indem Sie vorausschauend planen, Prozesse optimieren und bei Abweichungen proaktiv Lösungen entwickeln.
- Sie sind für die präzise Erstellung von Aufmaßen sowie die kaufmännische Abrechnung der Bauleistungen zuständig und sichern so den wirtschaftlichen Projekterfolg.

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bauingenieurwesen oder einen vergleichbaren Abschluss, z. B. als staatlich geprüfte:r Techniker:in.
- Sie verfügen über Berufserfahrung in der Bauleitung und sind sicher im Umgang mit den relevanten technischen Normen und Vorschriften.
- Sie arbeiten eigenverantwortlich sowie strukturiert und bringen ein hohes Maß an Organisationsgeschick und Problemlösungskompetenz mit.
- Gegenüber Auftraggeber:innen, Nachunternehmer:innen und dem Team treten Sie kommunikationsstark und souverän auf.
- Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse ermöglichen Ihnen eine reibungslose Koordination aller Projektbeteiligten.

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
