Arbeit an verschiedenen Baustellen in Mittel- und Ostdeutschland
Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie verantworten die vollständige technische und kaufmännische Abwicklung unserer Bauprojekte in Mittel- und Ostdeutschland, von der Planung bis zur finalen Übergabe.
- Sie führen und koordinieren das Baustellenpersonal, Nachunternehmer sowie Lieferanten und sind die zentrale Schnittstelle bei Bauberatungen und Bietergesprächen.
- Durch aktives Projektcontrolling stellen Sie die Einhaltung von Terminen, Budgets und Qualitätsstandards sicher und leiten bei Abweichungen proaktiv Korrekturmaßnahmen ein.
- Sie gewährleisten die lückenlose Einhaltung aller relevanten Bauvorschriften und Sicherheitsstandards auf der Baustelle.
- Sie erstellen Aufmaße sowie die dazugehörige Dokumentation und sind für die termingerechte Abrechnung der Bauleistungen verantwortlich.

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben ein Studium im Bauingenieurwesen, eine Ausbildung zum Bautechniker (m/w/d) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation erfolgreich abgeschlossen.
- Sie bringen mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Leitung von Bauprojekten und in der Personalführung mit.
- Im Baurecht, in der Baustellenplanung, im Projektcontrolling und in der Dokumentation von Bauleistungen kennen Sie sich bestens aus.
- Als Persönlichkeit überzeugen Sie mit unternehmerischem Denken, Verhandlungsgeschick, einer strukturierten Arbeitsweise und Führungsstärke.
- Sie kommunizieren verhandlungssicher auf Deutsch in Wort und Schrift.

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
