- Sicherstellung der technischen Qualität und Kundenzufriedenheit
- Projektmanagement: Übernahme der Gesamtverantwortung für Mobile Mapping Projekte von der Angebotsphase bis zum Projektabschluss:
- Projektmanagement und –controlling: Eigenverantwortliche Führung und Verantwortung vom Mobile Mapping Projekten in der Gruppe
- Datenerfassung: Planung von Datenaufnahmen, inklusive der Organisation von Personal, Geräten und der Einhaltung von Sicherheitsvorschriften
- Qualitätsmanagement: Sicherstellung der hohen Qualität der erfassten Rohdaten und der Post-Processing-Ergebnisse
- Datenanalyse & Berichterstellung: Fachliche Auswertung und Bewertung der Mobile Mapping-Daten
- Kundenkommunikation: Hauptansprechpartner für den Kunden, Präsentation der Ergebnisse und Ableitung von Handlungsempfehlungen
- Fachliche Führung des Projektteams (Messtechniker, Datenauswerter)
- Eigenverantwortliches identifizieren von Optimierungspotenzialen und treiben von Verbesserungsinitiativen im Verantwortungsbereich

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Ausbildung/Erfahrung:
- Abgeschlossenes Studium Geoinformatik, Geodäsie, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder vergleichbar
- Min. 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in relevanten oder angrenzenden Bereichen der Erfassung und Verarbeitung von Vermessungsdaten und Geoinformationen im Bereich Infrastruktur (Straße, Schiene, Stromtrassen, Wasserstraßen…)
- Nachgewiesene Erfahrung in der Leitung komplexer Projekte, idealerweise mit Erfahrung im Umgang mit großen Infrastrukturprojekten (z.B. Deutsche Bahn, Autobahn).
- Gute Kenntnisse im Projektmanagement von anspruchsvollen Projekten bei großen Accounts (DB, Autobahn GmbH...)
- solide Kenntnisse im Bereich der Vermessungstechnik sowie der Auswertung von 3D (LIDAR) Daten
- Erfahrungen im Umgang mit mobilen oder stationären Messsystemen von Vorteil
- gute Kenntnisse in Office-Anwendungen
- Kenntnisse im GIS-Umfeld von Vorteil
- verhandlungssichere (gute) Deutschkenntnisse, Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil
- Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Teamgeist
- schnelle Auffassungsgabe, Bereitwilligkeit, sich in neue Prozesse und Aufgaben einzuarbeiten

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
