Für den wechselnden Einsatz auf unseren regionalen Baustellen (Umkreis ca. 50km) bist du mobil unterwegs und erreichst deine Arbeitsorte flexibel mit deinem Führerschein der Klasse B oder BE.
Was erwartet dich?
- Du bereitest Baustellen vor, indem Du Baugruben aushebst, Gräben ziehst und für die nötige Absicherung sorgst.
- Du verlegst Ver- und Entsorgungsleitungen, wie zum Beispiel Kanal- oder Kabelschutzrohre, und stellst so die Infrastruktur für unsere Projekte sicher.
- Du stellst Pflasterdecken, Plattenbeläge sowie Asphaltdecken her und gestaltest damit Wege, Plätze und Straßenoberflächen.
- Du arbeitest Hand in Hand mit Deinen Kolleg:innen im Team und bedienst dabei branchenübliche Baumaschinen und -geräte.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Idealerweise hast du eine Ausbildung als Tiefbaufacharbeiter:in, Straßenbauer:in, im Garten- und Landschaftsbau oder eine ähnliche Qualifikation abgeschlossen.
- Du besitzt einen Führerschein der Klasse B, um auf unseren Baustellen mobil zu sein – die Klasse BE ist ein Plus.
- Berufserfahrung im Tiefbau ist von Vorteil, aber kein Muss – wichtiger ist uns deine zuverlässige und zupackende Art.
- Du bist ein echter Teamplayer und arbeitest gerne körperlich an der frischen Luft mit deinen Kolleg:innen zusammen.
- Für eine reibungslose Verständigung im Team und auf der Baustelle sprichst du fließend Deutsch.

The number of your applications is not limited. An overview of your applications can be found in your application overview.

Personal contact is possible via chat as soon as you have been invited for an interview. Before that, you will receive all important status changes by e-mail. If you have any questions, you can contact us anytime via email.
I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
What do I have to consider if German is not my mother tongue?
Please take into account the job’s language requirements and make sure the requirements match your skills.
