Was erwartet dich?
- Du übernimmst die technische Leitung und Abwicklung elektrotechnischer Baustellen in enger Abstimmung mit der Projektleitung
- Du verantwortest die fachgerechte Montageausführung, Termine, Qualität, Kostenrahmen sowie Inbetriebnahme und Abnahme
- Du führst, koordinierst und planst den Einsatz von Mitarbeitenden und Nachunternehmern vor Ort
- Du stellst baureife Unterlagen sicher, steuerst Änderungen und nimmst an Bau- und Planungsbesprechungen teil
- Du gewährleistest die Einhaltung von Arbeitssicherheit, Qualitätsstandards sowie vertraglichen und gesetzlichen Vorgaben
- Du erstellst und kontrollierst Terminpläne, Leistungsstände, Aufmaße, Abrechnungen und Projektdokumentationen

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene und in Deutschland anerkannte elektrotechnische Ausbildung, z.B. als Elektroniker (m/w/d) für Energie- und Gebäudetechnik, idealerweise mit Techniker- oder Meisterabschluss
- Du bringst einschlägige Berufserfahrung in der Bauleitung mit, hast bereits Erfahrung in der Leitung von Baustellen gesammelt und bist organisiert sowie durchsetzungsstark
- Du hast Erfahrung in der Führung von Mitarbeitenden und Nachunternehmern
- Du verfügst über Kenntnisse der DIN- und VDE-Vorschriften, VOB Teil B/C sowie Leitungsanlagen-Richtlinien LAR
- Du arbeitest strukturiert, lösungsorientiert und verantwortungsbewusst
- Du besitzt die Fahrerlaubnis der Klasse B
