Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie steuern eigenverantwortlich die gesamten Bauabläufe im Tief- und Rohrleitungsbau, von der Arbeitsvorbereitung über die Koordination Ihrer Teams bis zur finalen Abnahme.
- Sie verantworten die lückenlose Bauüberwachung und stellen durch regelmäßige Kontrollen sowie Soll-Ist-Vergleiche die Einhaltung von Qualitäts-, Kosten- und Terminvorgaben sicher.
- Als zentrale Ansprechperson für Ihr Team kümmern Sie sich um die Personaleinsatzplanung, die Materialbeschaffung und stellen sicher, dass alle benötigten Geräte einsatzbereit sind.
- Sie gewährleisten die Sicherheit auf der Baustelle, indem Sie Gefährdungsbeurteilungen durchführen, Verkehrszeichenpläne erstellen und alle notwendigen Genehmigungen einholen.
- Sie sorgen für eine transparente Baudokumentation mithilfe interner EDV-Systeme und sind die Schnittstelle zu Behörden, Auftraggebern und internen Abteilungen.

- Sie verfügen über nachweisbare Berufserfahrung in der Leitung von Baustellen, vorzugsweise im Tief- oder Rohrleitungsbau.
- Mit Ihrem Organisationstalent und Ihrer Führungskompetenz steuern Sie souverän die Arbeitsvorbereitung, den Bauablauf und Ihr Team.
- Sie sind vertraut mit der Material- und Gerätebeschaffung sowie der Erstellung von Verkehrszeichenplänen und Gefährdungsbeurteilungen.
- Ein hohes Bewusstsein für Qualitäts- und Sicherheitsstandards sowie der sichere Umgang mit gängiger EDV-Software zeichnen Sie aus.
- Sie kommunizieren verhandlungssicher auf Deutsch, um eine reibungslose Abstimmung mit allen Beteiligten zu gewährleisten.
