What can you expect?
- Du bist die erste Anlaufstelle für unsere Kunden und analysierst technische Anfragen zu Linux-Serverumgebungen und Web-Technologien (LAMP, PHP, DNS) über unser Ticketsystem.
- Du behebst eigenständig Störungen im 1st-Level-Support und führst Kunden verständlich durch die Lösungsfindung für ihre Hosting-Produkte.
- Du dokumentierst deine Lösungen und häufig auftretende Probleme sorgfältig in unserer internen Wissensdatenbank und trägst so zur Verbesserung unserer Servicequalität bei.
- Bei komplexen Fällen arbeitest Du eng mit dem 2nd-Level-Support zusammen, um eine nahtlose und schnelle Problemlösung für den Kunden sicherzustellen.
- Du berätst Kunden proaktiv zur optimalen Nutzung unserer Dienste und erkennst Potenziale für ergänzende Produkte oder Services, die einen echten Mehrwert bieten.

What should you bring along?
- You have knowledge of UNIX/Linux environments such as Debian, Ubuntu, etc
- You are familiar with LAMP development environments and/or web technologies and languages such as HTML, PHP, databases, DNS, HTTP/HTTPS, etc
- You are curious about new technologies and keen to explore, experiment and discover the latest developments in the field of Artificial Intelligence (AI)
- You enjoy understanding problems, investigating their causes and finding solutions

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
