What can you expect?
- You independently manage the daily accounting for our Hamburg office, processing and verifying all incoming documents using our accounting software.
- You prepare payment runs, handle banking transactions, and are responsible for account reconciliation, proactively clarifying any discrepancies.
- In close cooperation with our Headquarters, you actively support the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- You create financial reports, budgets, and business analyses using MS Excel to provide a solid basis for management decisions.
- You serve as the key contact for our Headquarters, communicating confidently in Korean and English on all financial and administrative topics.
- You ensure the smooth running of our office by managing general administrative tasks, from procurement to facility management.

What should you bring along?
- You have a Bachelor's degree or a vocational qualification in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
- You possess relevant professional experience in accounting, finance, general affairs, or office administration
- You are fluent in Korean and English, both written and spoken, and have a good command of German, sufficient for day-to-day business communication
- You are proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, and experience with ERP or accounting software is an advantage
- You have strong organizational skills with a structured, accurate, and reliable approach to work
- You demonstrate a high level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism, and can work independently while collaborating effectively in an international working environment

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
