- Du verantwortest die Serviceannahme und bist die zentrale Ansprechperson für Kund:innen und Dienstleister – von der Auftragsannahme bis zur Fahrzeugübergabe.
- Du führst Fahrzeugdiagnosen mit modernen Diagnosesystemen durch und legst auf dieser Basis die notwendigen Reparaturschritte fest.
- Du steuerst aktiv die Werkstattprozesse, koordinierst die laufenden Aufträge und stellst eine reibungslose und termingerechte Abarbeitung sicher.
- Du übernimmst die Einsatzplanung deines Teams sowie die Organisation von Maschinen und Material, um die Werkstattauslastung zu optimieren.
- Als fachliche Führungskraft motivierst und entwickelst du dein Werkstatt-Team und förderst eine starke Zusammenarbeit.

- Du hast eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Kfz-Meister (m/w/d).
- Du besitzt fundierte Kenntnisse in der Technik, Mechanik und Elektronik von Kraftfahrzeugen.
- Du agierst souverän in der Führung deines Teams und trittst im Kundengespräch selbstbewusst auf.
- Du bist offen für die Vielfalt unserer Gesellschaft und arbeitest gerne mit Menschen zusammen.
- Deine Deutschkenntnisse sind auf fließendem Niveau (C1), um die Kommunikation mit Team und Kundschaft sicherzustellen.

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
