Was erwartet dich?
- Du übernimmst die eigenständige Bearbeitung der Kreditorenbuchhaltung – von der Prüfung und Verbuchung der Eingangsrechnungen in unserem ERP-System bis zur Kontenabstimmung.
- Du betreust unsere nationalen sowie internationalen Lieferanten, bearbeitest offene Posten und führst den gesamten Zahlungsverkehr termingerecht durch.
- Du wirkst tatkräftig bei der Erstellung der Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüsse nach HGB mit und unterstützt bei gesetzlichen Meldungen wie der Umsatzsteuervoranmeldung.
- Als Schnittstelle zu Einkauf, Logistik und Vertrieb klärst du proaktiv aufkommende Fragen und stellst einen reibungslosen Prozessablauf sicher.
- Du bringst aktiv deine Ideen zur Weiterentwicklung unserer Prozesse ein und übernimmst administrative Aufgaben wie die Reisekostenabrechnung und Stammdatenpflege.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine kaufmännische Ausbildung abgeschlossen, idealerweise mit einer Weiterbildung im Bereich Rechnungswesen oder Finanzbuchhaltung.
- Du bringst mindestens zwei Jahre Berufserfahrung im Rechnungswesen mit und hast bereits bei Monats- und Jahresabschlüssen mitgewirkt.
- Du verfügst über gute Kenntnisse im HGB sowie im deutschen Steuerrecht, insbesondere im Bereich der Umsatzsteuer.
- Im Umgang mit einem gängigen ERP-System sowie MS Office, allen voran Excel, bist du routiniert.
- Eine analytische und strukturierte Arbeitsweise zeichnet dich aus und du kommunizierst sicher auf Deutsch (C1-Niveau).

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
