- Sie erstellen präzise und termingerecht die monatlichen Gehalts- sowie Lohnabrechnungen für Angestellte und gewerblich Mitarbeitende in DATEV
- Sie verwalten und pflegen die Zeiterfassungssoftware und die elektronische Zutrittskontrolle
- Sie führen die Personaladministration vom Eintritt bis zum Austritt durch und führen die elektronische Personalakte
- Sie arbeiten bei der Digitalisierung und Prozessgestaltung mit
- Sie kommunizieren mit Behörden, Finanzämtern und Sozialversicherungsträgern
- Sie sind die Anlaufstelle für die Mitarbeitenden bei Fragen zur Entgeltabrechnung und wirken bei der Erstellung von Reports, Statistiken und Auswertungen mit

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung und bringen mindestens 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnung mit.
- Im Umgang mit DATEV sowie MS Office sind Sie versiert und verfügen über fundierte Kenntnisse im Arbeits-, Sozialversicherungs- und Steuerrecht.
- Eine selbstständige, präzise und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise zeichnet Sie ebenso aus wie Ihre hohe Zahlenaffinität.
- Als serviceorientierte und kommunikationsstarke Persönlichkeit sind Sie eine kompetente Anlaufstelle für unsere Mitarbeitenden.
