Was erwartet dich?
- Du erstellst und recherchierst neue Inhalte eigenständig und hältst bestehende Daten stets auf dem aktuellen Stand
- Du berätst die Fachabteilungen umfassend bei redaktionellen Aufträgen und nimmst an wöchentlichen Abstimmungen teil
- Du wählst geeignete Medien aus, bereitest diese auf und steuerst das Übersetzungsmanagement im Inhaltsverwaltungssystem
- Du sicherst die Qualität im Webportal, setzt redaktionelle Vorgaben durch und überarbeitest den Redaktionsleitfaden
- Du unterstützt andere Redaktionsmitglieder bei Systemfragen und entwickelst die interne Wissensdatenbank auf SharePoint weiter
- Du testest neue Systemfunktionen in der Prüfumgebung und unterstützt bei der Rechtevergabe im System
- Du nimmst bis zu achtmal im Jahr an persönlichen Besprechungen an den Standorten in Niedersachsen oder Karlsruhe teil

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast mindestens zwei Jahre Praxiserfahrung mit dem System FirstSpirit
- Du bringst fundierte Erfahrung in der digitalen Redaktion mit und der Erstellung, Pflege und Optimierung digitaler Inhalte
- Du verfügst über hervorragende Kenntnisse der deutschen Rechtschreibung und Grammatik sowie ein ausgeprägtes Sprachgefühl
- Du bist sicher im Umgang mit gängigen Grafikprogrammen wie Adobe Photoshop oder Illustrator
- Du bist als Ansprechpartner:in für die Redaktionen innerhalb unserer üblichen Geschäftszeiten (8:00 – 17:00 Uhr) erreichbar

The number of your applications is not limited. An overview of your applications can be found in your application overview.

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
