Deine Aufgaben
- Administration, Betrieb und Weiterentwicklung der globalen IT-Infrastruktur in den Bereichen Server, Storage, Virtualisierung und Cloud-Dienste
- Planung, Umsetzung und Dokumentation von Infrastrukturprojekten an unseren nationalen und internationalen Standorten
- Sicherstellung der Verfügbarkeit, Performance und Sicherheit unserer IT-Systeme und Dienste
- Betrieb und Weiterentwicklung hybrider Microsoft-Umgebungen (Microsoft 365, Azure, Entra ID)
- Analyse, Behebung und nachhaltige Vermeidung von Störungen im Infrastrukturumfeld
- Unterstützung bei der Weiterentwicklung von IT-Sicherheitsmaßnahmen sowie Umsetzung technischer Sicherheitsstandards
- Steuerung und Koordination externer IT-Dienstleister und Technologiepartner
- Erstellung und Pflege technischer Dokumentationen und Betriebsrichtlinien

Dein Profil
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich (Wirtschafts-)Informatik oder eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung zum Fachinformatiker Systemintegration oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich IT-Infrastruktur und Systemadministration
- Gute Kenntnisse in mehreren der folgenden Bereiche:
- Windows Server und Active Directory
- Microsoft 365 und Azure
- Netzwerk- und Firewall-Technologien
- Virtualisierung mit VMware oder Proxmox
- Backup- und Storage-Lösungen
- Strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie ausgeprägtes Verantwortungsbewusstsein
- Hohe Service- und Teamorientierung
- Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- sowie gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
