Was erwartet dich?
- Du verantwortest das Sortiment Polster und Akustik – von der ersten Idee bis zur Serie. Schäume, Filz, Stoffe und recyclebare Werkstoffe sind dein Material
- Du entwickelst das Sortiment weiter und entscheidest über Material, Farbe und Oberfläche
- Du führst Produktprojekte über Abteilungsgrenzen hinweg – mit Konstruktion, Einkauf, Fertigung und Vertrieb an einem Tisch
- Du übersetzt, was Schulen brauchen, in Produkte: Rückzug, Ruhe und Akustik in offenen Lernlandschaften
- Du analysierst Markt, Wettbewerb und Kundenbedürfnisse, um neue Trends im Akustik- und Polstermöbelbereich frühzeitig zu erkennen
- Du arbeitest eng mit den vier anderen Produktmanagern zusammen und berichtest direkt an die Abteilungsleitung Produktmanagement

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du verfügst über ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Innenarchitektur / Design oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
- Du bringst fundiertes Einrichtungs-Know-how und ein feines Gespür für Rauminszenierung, Atmosphäre, Material und Farbe mit.
- Idealerweise hast du bereits Berufserfahrung im Produktmanagement gesammelt, vorzugsweise im Bereich Polstermöbel oder Akustik.
- Du zeichnest dich durch eine konzeptionelle Arbeitsweise aus und bringst Erfahrung im Projektmanagement mit.
- Du hast bereits erfolgreich interdisziplinäre Projektteams geführt.
- Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse (C1) für die reibungslose Abstimmung im Team und mit Partnern runden dein Profil ab.

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
