Was erwartet dich?
- Du verantwortest die strategische Steuerung und den operativen Ausbau unseres gesamten Exportgeschäfts – von der Umsatz- und Ergebnisplanung bis zum erfolgreichen Abschluss.
- Du analysierst internationale Märkte sowie den Wettbewerb im Bildungssektor und baust darauf basierend unsere Zielregionen wie die USA, Frankreich und Skandinavien systematisch aus.
- Du identifizierst und gewinnst gezielt neue Handelspartner, Distributoren sowie Großkunden und führst eigenständig die entscheidenden Vertragsverhandlungen.
- Du übernimmst die Konzeption und Umsetzung der Vertriebsstrategien für die jeweiligen Zielmärkte und stehst dabei selbst im direkten Austausch mit den wichtigsten Kund:innen.
- In enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Produktmanagement und der Konstruktion übersetzt du länderspezifische Anforderungen in unser Produktportfolio.
- Du repräsentierst unser Unternehmen auf internationalen Messen, berichtest direkt an die Vertriebsleitung und agierst als zentrale Schnittstelle für alle Exportthemen.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast ein wirtschaftswissenschaftliches oder technisches Studium bzw. eine vergleichbare Qualifikation mit entsprechender Berufspraxis
- Du verfügst über mehrjährige Erfahrung im internationalen Vertrieb, idealerweise mit nachweisbaren Erfolgen im Aufbau neuer Märkte
- Du besitzt ausgeprägte Überzeugungskraft und Abschlussstärke, unternehmerisches Denken, Kundenorientierung sowie eine Hands-on-Mentalität
- Du hast eine hohe Reisebereitschaft und bist bei Bedarf dort, wo die Kund:innen und Partner:innen sind
- Du sprichst verhandlungssicher Deutsch und Englisch, weitere Sprachen wie Französisch, Schwedisch oder Polnisch sind ein echter Vorteil
- Du bringst interkulturelle Kompetenz und Erfahrung im Umgang mit Distributoren, Handelsvertreter:innen und öffentlichen Auftraggeber:innen mit

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
