Was erwartet dich?
- Du verantwortest dein Vertriebsgebiet eigenständig und baust es durch die aktive Akquise von Neukund:innen wie Schulen, Unternehmen und öffentlichen Einrichtungen strategisch aus.
- Als zentrale Ansprechperson pflegst du intensiv die Beziehungen zu deinen Bestandskund:innen und sicherst so langfristige Partnerschaften.
- In enger Abstimmung mit Architekt:innen und Planungsbüros berätst du vor Ort und entwickelst kreative Konzepte für die Gestaltung moderner Arbeits- und Lernwelten.
- Du steuerst den gesamten Vertriebsprozess von der Erstellung passgenauer Angebote und Budgetplanungen bis zum erfolgreichen Vertragsabschluss.
- Durch kontinuierliche Markt- und Wettbewerbsbeobachtung identifizierst du neue Trends und Potenziale, um deine Vertriebsstrategie gezielt weiterzuentwickeln.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene technische oder kaufmännische Ausbildung, z. B. als Tischler, Einrichtungsberater oder Kaufmann (m/w/d).
- Du bringst Berufserfahrung im Vertriebsaußendienst mit, vorzugsweise im Bereich Büro- oder Objekteinrichtungen.
- Mit deinem sicheren, authentischen Auftreten und deiner ausgeprägten Kundenorientierung macht es dir Spaß, neue Menschen zu gewinnen.
- Idealerweise hast du ein gutes Gespür für Raumgestaltung und konntest hier bereits erste Erfahrungen sammeln.
- Du bist reisebereit, zeitlich flexibel, wohnst idealerweise im Vertriebsgebiet und sprichst verhandlungssicheres Deutsch.
