Was erwartet dich?
- Du übernimmst die disziplinarische und fachliche Gesamtverantwortung für den Bereich Lagerlogistik und entwickelst ihn strategisch weiter
- Du führst, entwickelst und förderst das Team, inklusive Personal-, Kapazitäts- und Urlaubsplanung
- Du stellst die Produktionsversorgung und Versorgung der internen Supermärkte sicher
- Du nutzt und pflegst täglich den Lagerleitstand im SAP-Warehouse-Management als zentrales Steuerungsinstrument
- Du bist verantwortlich für Budget- und Investitionsplanung sowie die Erstellung von Investitionsanträgen (z. B. WMS, Fördertechnik, Flurförderzeuge)
- Du übernimmst die Verantwortung für zentrale Kennzahlen wie OTIF, Lagerumschlag, Reklamationskosten und Bestandsgenauigkeit und optimierst kontinuierlich Prozesse (u. a. Kanban-Steuerung, 6A-Audits) sowie die Umsetzung von Automatisierungs- und Digitalisierungsmaßnahmen

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast ein Studium (z.B. Logistik, BWL) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation und bringst mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Logistik mit.
- Du konntest bereits disziplinarische oder fachliche Führungserfahrung in einem produktions- oder logistiknahen Umfeld sammeln.
- Du denkst in Prozessen, hast Erfahrung in deren Analyse sowie Optimierung und bist sicher in der Budget- und Investitionsplanung.
- Du bringst Erfahrung aus Digitalisierungs- oder Automatisierungsprojekten in der Lagerlogistik mit und bist sicher im Umgang mit MS Office.
- Als kommunikationsstarke Führungspersönlichkeit arbeitest du strukturiert sowie eigenverantwortlich und sprichst fließend Deutsch.
- Idealerweise hast du bereits Erfahrung mit SAP (MM, PP oder WM) und besitzt einen Gabelstaplerschein oder die Ausbildereignungsprüfung (AEVO).

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
