Was erwartet dich?
- Du übernimmst die Führung und Koordination Deines Bautrupps auf unseren Hochbau-Projekten und stellst einen reibungslosen sowie termingerechten Bauablauf sicher.
- Als erfahrener Kranfahrer bedienst Du unsere Turmdrehkrane präzise und sicher, um Material und Bauteile effizient an den richtigen Ort zu transportieren.
- Du arbeitest nicht nur vom Kran aus, sondern packst auch aktiv auf der Baustelle mit an und unterstützt Dein Team bei allen anfallenden Facharbeiten.
- In enger Abstimmung mit der Bauleitung bist Du für die Einhaltung der Sicherheitsvorschriften und Qualitätsstandards auf Deiner Baustelle verantwortlich.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine Ausbildung im Hochbau, zum Beispiel als Maurer (m/w/d), Polier (m/w/d) oder Meister (m/w/d)
- Du bringst Erfahrung in der Führung von Bautrupps mit
- Du besitzt einen Führerschein der Klasse B und idealerweise einen gültigen Kranschein
- Du hast Erfahrung mit Turmdrehkranen und bist schwindelfrei
- Du verfügst über gutes räumliches Sehen und Teamgeist
- Du hast sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (C1), Kundenkommunikation

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
