Was erwartet dich?
- Du stellst aus verschiedenen Getreidesorten über 200 Bio-Mehlsorten her und steuerst dabei eigenverantwortlich unsere modernen, IT-gestützten Mühlenprozesse.
- Du sicherst die hohe Qualität unserer Produkte, indem du regelmäßig Laboranalysen von Getreide und Mahlerzeugnissen durchführst und die Ergebnisse dokumentierst.
- Du übernimmst die Einstellung, Wartung und Instandhaltung der Maschinen und Anlagen, um einen reibungslosen Produktionsablauf zu gewährleisten.
- Du arbeitest eng mit deinen Kolleginnen und Kollegen in der Produktion und im Labor zusammen, um gemeinsam die besten Ergebnisse zu erzielen.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du bringst eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung in der Lebensmittelbranche oder im handwerklichen Bereich mit.
- Deine Begeisterung für Lebensmittel und ein gutes technisches Verständnis zeichnen dich aus.
- Als engagierter Teamplayer arbeitest du gerne Hand in Hand mit deinen Kolleg:innen, um unsere komplexen Mühlenprozesse zu steuern.
- Ein hohes Maß an Sorgfalt und Qualitätsbewusstsein ist für deine tägliche Arbeit selbstverständlich.
- Gute Deutschkenntnisse (mindestens B2-Niveau) für eine reibungslose Kommunikation im Team runden dein Profil ab.
