Was erwartet dich?
- Du bedienst, überwachst und richtest selbstständig modernste Verarbeitungs- und Abfüllanlagen im Mühlenbetrieb ein
- Du überprüfst und dokumentierst Produktionsparameter zur Sicherung eines reibungslosen Ablaufes
- Du führst regelmäßige Qualitäts- und Hygienekontrollen für unsere Bio-Produkte durch
- Du übernimmst kleine Instandhaltungsarbeiten, behebst Störungen und reinigst professionell die Anlagen und das Produktionsumfeld
- Du arbeitest eng mit dem Qualitätssicherungs- und Technikteam an unserem Standort Plauen zusammen

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (z. B. als Maschinen- und Anlagenführer, Verfahrenstechnologe, Industriemechaniker m/w/d) oder relevante Praxiserfahrung in der Maschinenbedienung – auch motivierte Quereinsteiger mit technischem Verständnis sind herzlich willkommen
- Du hast idealerweise Erfahrung in der Lebensmittel- oder Agrarindustrie, aber das ist kein Muss
- Du arbeitest gewissenhaft, zuverlässig und eigenverantwortlich und hast ein ausgeprägtes Qualitätsbewusstsein
- Du hast Freude an moderner Technik und bist bereit zur Schichtarbeit
- Du verfügst über gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (B2)

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
