Was erwartet Sie?
- Mithilfe von DATEV verantworten Sie eigenständig die monatliche Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnung für Ihren festen Mandantenstamm
- Sie pflegen sorgfältig alle abrechnungsrelevanten Personal- und Stammdaten und stellen die termingerechte Abwicklung sicher
- Als zentrale:r Ansprechpartner:in beraten Sie Ihre Mandant:innen kompetent bei allen Fragen rund um lohnsteuer- und sozialversicherungsrechtliche Themen
- Sie erstellen alle erforderlichen Meldungen sowie Bescheinigungen und führen die Korrespondenz mit Krankenkassen, Behörden und Sozialversicherungsträgern
- Sie begleiten aktiv lohnsteuerliche sowie sozialversicherungsrechtliche Prüfungen und bereiten die dafür notwendigen Unterlagen vor

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie verfügen über eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Steuerfachangestellten (m/w/d), Lohn- und Gehaltsbuchhalter (m/w/d) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Idealerweise bringen Sie bereits Berufserfahrung in der Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnung sowie fundierte Kenntnisse im Lohnsteuer- und Sozialversicherungsrecht mit
- Sie haben ein ausgeprägtes Zahlenverständnis und eine sorgfältige, eigenständige sowie absolut diskrete Arbeitsweise
- Kenntnisse in DATEV und Erfahrung mit digitalen Abrechnungsprozessen sind ein Pluspunkt, aber keine Voraussetzung
- Für die Kommunikation mit Mandanten und Behörden bringen Sie verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse (C1) mit

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
