Was erwartet dich?
- Du übernimmst die Gesamtverantwortung für die fachliche und disziplinarische Leitung der Instandhaltungsabteilung und entwickelst dein Team gezielt weiter.
- Du verantwortest die maximale technische Verfügbarkeit unserer Blasform- und Extrusionsanlagen, indem du Störungen systematisch analysierst und Stillstandzeiten minimierst.
- Du entwickelst und implementierst moderne Instandhaltungsstrategien und wendest dabei gezielt Methoden wie TPM und Lean Maintenance an.
- Als treibende Kraft für den kontinuierlichen Verbesserungsprozess (KVP) optimierst du die Anlageneffizienz und stellst die Einhaltung aller Qualitäts- und Sicherheitsstandards sicher.
- Du planst und steuerst eigenverantwortlich Wartungs- und Investitionsprojekte und arbeitest dabei eng mit den Schnittstellen aus Produktion, Qualitätssicherung und Technik zusammen.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung oder ein Studium (z. B. Maschinenbau, Elektrotechnik) und mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Instandhaltung eines produzierenden Unternehmens.
- Du bringst Erfahrung in der Führung von Teams mit und arbeitest strukturiert, lösungsorientiert und eigenverantwortlich.
- Du verfügst über fundierte Kenntnisse in Methoden wie TPM, Lean Maintenance und kontinuierlichen Verbesserungsprozessen.
- Du besitzt spezifische Erfahrung mit Extrusionsanlagen sowie Blasformanlagen und Blasformtechnik.
- Eine hohe technische Affinität und ausgeprägtes Organisationsgeschick zeichnen dich aus.
- Du sprichst fließend Deutsch (C1), um die reibungslose Kommunikation im Team und mit Partnern sicherzustellen.
