Arbeiten in Königsbach-Stein und Umgebung, Installation und Wartung von Kälte- und Klimaanlagen vor Ort.
Als Kälteanlagenbauermeister (m/w/d) übernimmst du die Baustellenleitung für Kälte- und Klimaanlagen in Wohn- und Gewerbeprojekten. Du führst die Monteur:innen vor Ort, verantwortest Inbetriebnahmen und bist die fachliche Instanz für Kältetechnik im Betrieb. Weil Photovoltaik, Wärmepumpe, Heizung und Klima aus einer Hand kommen, arbeitest du eng mit den anderen Gewerken zusammen und gestaltest ein stark wachsendes Team mit.
Was erwartet dich?
- Du leitest Kälte- und Klimabaustellen eigenverantwortlich, von der Arbeitsvorbereitung bis zur Übergabe
- Du führst und koordinierst die Monteur:innen vor Ort und entwickelst sie fachlich weiter
- Du planst Rohrleitungsführung, Auslegung und Kondensatmanagement und prüfst die technischen Parameter
- Du verantwortest Dichtheitsprüfungen, Evakuierung, Kältemittelbefüllung und Inbetriebnahmen inklusive Protokollen
- Du steuerst Wartung und Störungsbehebung bei Bestandsanlagen und bist Ansprechperson für Kund:innen
- Du stimmst dich mit den Meistern aus Elektro und SHK ab, damit gewerkeübergreifende Projekte reibungslos laufen

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast deine Meisterprüfung im Kälteanlagenbauer-Handwerk erfolgreich abgeschlossen
- Du besitzt den Sachkundenachweis nach Chemikalien-Klimaschutzverordnung, Kategorie I
- Du kennst dich in Kälte- und Klimatechnik sicher aus und arbeitest strukturiert und sauber
- Du führst gerne ein Team und behältst auf der Baustelle den Überblick
- Erfahrung mit Wärmepumpen oder Gewerbekälte ist von Vorteil
- Du verfügst über einen Führerschein der Klasse B (BE von Vorteil) und sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
