Als Elektrotechnikmeister (m/w/d) übernimmst du die Baustellenleitung für Photovoltaik, Batteriespeicher, Wärmepumpen und Wallboxen, bei Wohneigentümergemeinschaften, Schulen und Gewerbebetrieben mit hohem Autarkiegrad. Du führst die Elektromonteur:innen vor Ort, sorgst für saubere Abnahmen und bist die fachliche Instanz im Elektrobereich. Alle Gewerke kommen aus einem Haus, deshalb arbeitest du eng mit Heizung, Klima und Kältetechnik zusammen und gestaltest ein stark wachsendes Team mit.
Was erwartet dich?
- Du leitest Elektro- und PV-Baustellen eigenverantwortlich, von der Arbeitsvorbereitung bis zur Abnahme
- Du führst und koordinierst die Elektromonteur:innen vor Ort und entwickelst sie fachlich weiter
- Du planst und verantwortest Zählerschränke, Haupt- und Unterverteilungen sowie die Einbindung von Wechselrichtern, Speichern, Wärmepumpen und Wallboxen
- Du stellst die Einhaltung der VDE-Vorschriften sicher, führst Prüfungen durch und zeichnest Messprotokolle ab
- Du übernimmst die Abstimmung mit Netzbetreibern und Kund:innen und meldest Anlagen an
- Du stimmst dich mit den Meistern aus SHK und Kältetechnik ab, damit gewerkeübergreifende Projekte reibungslos laufen
- Du bindest Steuerungen, Monitoring und Smart-Home-Anwendungen ein und nutzt dafür unsere digitalen Systeme

Was solltest du mitbringen?

- Du führst gerne ein Team und behältst auf der Baustelle den Überblick
- Erfahrung mit Photovoltaik, Batteriespeichern oder Wärmepumpen ist von Vorteil
- Wünschenswert, aber kein Muss: Erfahrung als verantwortliche Elektrofachkraft oder mit Netzanmeldungen
- Du verfügst über einen Führerschein der Klasse B und sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse
