Deine Aufgaben
- Du planst und steuerst den gesamten Ausbildungszyklus in unserer Lebensmittelproduktion – von der Vertragserstellung über die Einsatzplanung bis zur Organisation von Events.
- Als zentrale Ansprechperson begleitest Du unsere Auszubildenden, förderst ihre fachliche sowie persönliche Entwicklung und führst regelmäßige Feedbackgespräche.
- Du gestaltest die Lerninhalte aktiv mit und stellst sicher, dass wichtige Themen wie Lebensmittelrecht und Qualitätsmanagement praxisnah vermittelt werden.
- Du arbeitest eng mit den Fachabteilungen zusammen und pflegst als Schnittstelle den Kontakt zu Berufsschulen, der IHK und weiteren externen Partnern.
- Du bereitest die Auszubildenden gezielt auf ihre Zwischen- und Abschlussprüfungen vor und sicherst so den qualifizierten Nachwuchs für unser Unternehmen.

- Für diese Rolle ist ein gültiger AEVO-Ausbilderschein eine wichtige Voraussetzung.
- Idealerweise konntest du bereits erste Erfahrung in der Anleitung von Mitarbeitenden oder Auszubildenden sammeln.
- Mit deiner kommunikativen, organisierten und verantwortungsbewussten Art hast du sichtlich Freude daran, junge Menschen zu fördern.
- Du sprichst verhandlungssicheres Deutsch (C2-Niveau).

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
