Was erwartet dich?
- Du berätst und unterstützt unsere Versicherten aktiv bei der Klärung von Behandlungsfehlern (§ 66 SGB V) und bist ihre erste juristische Ansprechperson.
- Du wirkst bei der Aufdeckung und Bekämpfung von Fehlverhalten im Gesundheitswesen mit (§ 197a SGB V) und leistest damit einen wichtigen Beitrag zur Integrität des Systems.
- Im Team arbeitest du an der Umsetzung und Weiterentwicklung unserer Compliance-Richtlinien, insbesondere im Bereich der Korruptionsprävention.
- Du agierst als juristischer Sparringspartner für unsere internen Fachbereiche und unterstützt sie bei vielfältigen sozial- und zivilrechtlichen Fragestellungen.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast dein Studium erfolgreich abgeschlossen, idealerweise als Diplom-Jurist (m/w/d), mit einem LL.B. im Sozialrecht oder einer vergleichbaren Qualifikation.
- Im Sozialrecht kennst du dich fundiert aus und bringst zudem gute Kenntnisse im Zivilrecht mit.
- Du bist kommunikationsstark und kannst komplexe juristische Sachverhalte für verschiedene Ansprechpartner verständlich aufbereiten.
- Eine selbstständige, flexible und engagierte Arbeitsweise zeichnet dich aus.
- Deine Deutschkenntnisse sind auf verhandlungssicherem Niveau (C1) in Wort und Schrift.

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
