Was erwartet dich?
- Du sichtest, organisierst und strukturierst umfangreiches Dokumentar-Footage
- Du erstellst und pflegst saubere Projektstrukturen
- Du führst Transkriptionen durch, synchronisierst, erstellst Multicam-Setups, Pulls, Stringouts und Story-Assemblies
- Du bereitest Material für den Schnitt vor, einschließlich Interviews, Szenen und Themenstränge
- Du unterstützt beim Anlegen erster Rohschnitte, wie Selects, Mood-Cuts und Storylines
- Du übernimmst das technische Qualitätsmanagement, einschließlich Backups, Proxies, Codecs und Online-Prep, und tauschst dich mit Regie, Redaktion und Editor:innen über Material, Dramaturgie und Workflow aus

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du brennst für Dokumentarfilme, hast ein Auge fürs Detail und eine Leidenschaft für gutes Storytelling
- Eine strukturierte, selbstständige und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise, auch bei großen Datenmengen, zeichnet dich aus
- Du bringst Erfahrung mit Adobe Premiere Pro mit und bist sicher im Umgang mit der Creative Cloud; Kenntnisse in DaVinci Resolve sind ein Plus
- Du verfügst über ein gutes technisches Verständnis für Codecs, Dateiformate, Proxies sowie Online- und Offline-Workflows
- Als kommunikativer Teamplayer sprichst du fließend Deutsch sowie Englisch (C1) und bist offen für neue Tools und Arbeitsweisen

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
